studierte Tanz und Tanzpädagogik an der Palucca 

Hochschule für Tanz Dresden. Stipendien ermöglichten ihr Studienaufenthalte an der Rotterdamse Dansacademie/Codarts (NL) und beim 

American Dance Festival in Durham/North Carolina (USA). Nach Beendigung ihres Studiums war Josefine freischaffend als Tänzerin tätig und regelmäßig in verschiedenen Tanz- bzw. Tanztheater-Produktionen zu sehen. Seit 2012 gehören darüber hinaus künstlerische Produktionsleitung, Management sowie choreografische Assistenz und dramaturgische Beratung zu ihrem Arbeitsfeld. In verschiedenen Kontexten betreut sie seither vermehrt freie (Tanz-) Projekte und –formate. 2013 ging aus der engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Choreografin Johanna Roggan die gemeinsame Gründung der Tanzcompany the guts company in Dresden hervor, um eigene Produktionen zu realisieren. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als freie Kulturproduzentin und Tänzerin ist sie seit 2017 zudem zertifizierte Gyrokinesis Trainerin.

Production Manager

After completing her studies, Josefine freelance worked as a dancer and regularly seen in various dance or dance theater productions. Since 2012, artistic production management, as well as choreographic assistance and dramaturgical consultancy are also part of her field of work. Since then, she has increasingly been responsible for free (dance) projects and formats in various contexts. 2013 went out of the close collaboration with the choreographer Johanna Roggan co-founded the dance company the guts company in Dresden to realize his own productions. In addition to her work as a freelance cultural producer and dancer, she has also been a certified Gyrokinesis trainer since 2017.
